Currently, the Staffing heatmap reflects net staffing based on a single AHT input, either the manually set target AHT or the dynamic AHT. We want the ability to see both views simultaneously (or toggle between them) to compare staffing requirements under each scenario.
The use case: A customer may set a target AHT of 25 minutes and build schedules accordingly. However, during certain intervals, actual AHT trends higher than that target, resulting in understaffing during those specific windows. Without being able to see both views in the heatmap at once, managers can't easily identify which intervals are at risk.
Requested behavior: Allow users to view or compare two net staffing calculations in the heatmap:
1) Staffing required based on the manually set (target) AHT
2) Staffing required based on the dynamic (AHT
This would help customers proactively identify interval-level gaps and optimize their schedules before shortfalls occur.
