Adding some context to this request: it would be incredible beneficial to visually see an agent's working hours on the staffing timeline. As we scale and have agents in many different timezones, it would help us to maintain the agent's workday (ie, we can see where they start and stop to make sure we're not accidentally scheduling outside those hours). Also helps us to better ensure we are adding a lunch/break at the legally required time. Ideally, this could be a setting on the People page where we could set timezone and working hours. This would then visually appear in the staffing timeline, such as hours outside their settings would be shaded or crossed out.
