the only current options are a slack notification to the agent or a channel, it would beneficial for the agent's manager to be able to receive a notification

This would be amazing if the Realtime notification for Agent analysis. Sometimes it's just an awareness thing, where they went to unscheduled break but forgot to clear that and go back into their scheduled state. Currently the only option for this is to send it to a slack channel. Seems like sending it to the agent is a more logical approach.
