Select timezone in time off requests

As a manager with users in different timezones it can get quite confusing when users request time off since the requests will apply to their individual timezones. It would be helpful if they could select different timezones to put the request in

At the very least, we should have an option to "view all requests in PST" or whatever timezone we need.

As an approver if time off, it's a challenge to decipher time zones and dates when agents request. The biggest example is when an agent located in the Philippines asks for a day off. It shows up in the list as the next day which makes it confusing when it's for a previous day. If it were in my local time zone there would be no confusion.
