In the same way that we're able to see what ticket IDs agents are working on. Is there a way for us to get this for Chats as well?

We recently rolled out Zendesk Sunshine Conversations for Messaging. I would like to see the Messaging ticket IDs agents are working on in the realtime dashboard.
