Request: Expand SCIM support to include attribute mapping for key workforce fields — including team, role, queue assignment, and skills — synced automatically from the customer's identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).

Business Impact: Every hire or role change currently requires manual updates to agent attributes in Assembled. At enterprise scale, this creates stale agent data that corrupts scheduling, reporting, and adherence attribution. Particularly critical for customers undergoing frequent org changes who need Assembled's data to stay accurate without WFM team intervention.
