Currently, we have 20k agents and a large team of Schedulers that are all creating Scheduling Rules necessary for their LOBs. While we have been making an effort to minimize duplicate rules as much as possible, it can sometimes be difficult to tell if two rules are functionally identical or if they have differences.

It would be great if there was some way to audit the configured rules, either via an export that provides all of the rule’s details, or via a UI element that would list functionally identical rules for review & consolidation.
