Hi Team, this about generating schedules for specific Team or Line of business on a particular Queue. Wherein we load/input certain pattern to produces sets of working hours to attain optimized or maximized agent coverage from Monday -Sunday? And is there a report on Occupancy side by side with Adherence? Thanks.
