I should be able to filter Schedule change requests according to the request criteria I've chosen within the date range I choose

Example:

When I filter by "date of creation" I want to see all schedule change requests that were created within a given date range

When I filter by "date of event change" I want to see all schedule change requests that will affect the schedule within the given date range
