As a manager, it would be valuable for me to be able to view any pending schedule change requests my team members have, that way I can work with the admin to approve any important ones. Currently, since on an admin can approve, I don't know what requests are pending for my team unless they tell me.

Now with our new Roles & Permissions page, you can customize permissions for schedule change requests. You could set it such that managers have view-only access to either all requests, or only their team members' requests.
