We would like to see the total amount of scheduled non-productive time for each staffing interval, ideally as a count of agents and/or duration. We do not necessarily need a separate row for every event type.

Use case: When an interval shows an understaffing gap, we want to understand how much of that gap is explained by agents being in non-productive time, such as breaks, trainings, or meetings. We would use this to determine whether we can simply shift these non-productive events to other times to improve coverage, or whether we will need to schedule more people.
