Currently we can select agent shift patterns for a week at a time. That said - we have agents who alternate shift patterns each week, 7-4 one week and then 11-8 the next.
It would be nice to be able to account for that.

This would be super beneficial in conjunction with a two week schedule template where we could schedule rotating weekends as well.
