Currently permissions for viewing other's schedules are either all or nothing. This causes a struggle between letting agents see when other can collaborate, and maintaining privacy, especially regarding medical leave, etc.

It would be very useful to have the option to only make the layer visible, to see if another agent is Productive(currently working) , default (in office but not actively working), or time off (out of office).
