There are situations where time-off events might be directly booked in the staffing timeline instead of being requested by the agents themselves. Those manually booked events do not show up in the report that can be exported in the Time off requests section.

The idea would be to create a report to be extracted from Assembled with a list of all approved time-off events per agent and event type.

A nice to have would also be a drilldown option in the Schedule Analytics report to show the full list of days for a given agent and even type.

In this drilldown we could click on a given number and a drilldown would show up with the list of days related to that number.
