Better agent notification system
Description: Currently agents don't have a centralized way to see important updates and requests within the app. It would be great to have a notification system where agents can see approved schedule changes, pending shift swap requests, and other relevant updates. For example, when another agent wants to swap shifts with you, or when a manager approves your time-off request, agents should be able to see these notifications directly in the app rather than having to check email or hunt through different sections.
Impact: This would significantly improve agent engagement and reduce missed requests or approvals. Agents would have better visibility into their schedule changes and be able to respond more quickly to shift swap requests. It would create a more cohesive experience within the platform and reduce reliance on external communication channels like email for important workforce management updates.

To: "Hi [Agent Name]! Your schedule has been updated for Monday 2nd March. Please refresh to find out what's new."

The addition of the Staffing/Schedule change notifications in Assembled is great, but it would be helpful if there were a way to customize those notifications to let staffable agents know what changed on their schedule. As an example, if Extra Work is added to an agent's schedule the notification could say "Hi X! Your Extra Work Request has been approved. Please refresh to find out what's new". Or if there is a schedule change it could say "Hi X! Your schedule has been updated at DATE, TIME. Please refresh to find out what's new."

Hi! Just to confirm, are you saying you'd like a notification in your browser when it's time to switch tasks according to your schedule? And if so, it sounds like you'd like an audio notification as well as a visible one?
