Summary
Requesting a self-serve reporting feature in Assembled that allows Workforce Management teams to track staffable users who have been deactivated and/or reactivated over a selected time period.
Business Need
Our team is looking to better understand how frequently BPO partners are cycling users in and out of Assembled and the operational impact this may have on staffable license utilization.
Currently, there is no self-serve reporting option available to identify:
Which users were deactivated or reactivated
The timestamps associated with those status changes
The number of times a user has been deactivated/reactivated within a given timeframe
This information would help improve visibility into license management practices, support workforce planning discussions with BPOs, and allow teams to proactively monitor trends without requiring manual engineering pulls.
Requested Functionality
Create a self-serve reporting feature or export in Assembled that includes:
Name, Email, and other identifier
Staffable status changes (deactivated/reactivated)
Timestamp of each status change
Count of deactivation/reactivation events per user
Ability to filter by date range
Desired Outcome
Enable Workforce teams to independently pull and analyze user activation/deactivation history without engineering support, improving operational visibility and reducing ad hoc reporting requests.
