In the future, I'd love to see an integration with PagerDuty as we use PagerDuty to manage on-call rotations for critical after hours support and holiday coverage. it would be great if an agent could log into Assembled to see all Assembled scheduled events as well as times when they are on call in PagerDuty as this is helpful to know when requesting time off and would prevent them from checking two different softwares. Ideally, if they could even swap on-call shifts with other agents directly in the Assembled UI, that would be amazing.
