Could we possibly have an option in the Staffing Timeline to either add % over/under staffed or have an option to swap the net staffing with % over/under staffing.

This could be beneficial because we could have 2 intervals that are the same net staffing under, but could impact things much more if the required staffing is lower for one interval.

Example: Say we are 2 heads under for 2 intervals. One interval we have a requirement of 6, and one we have a requirement of 10 heads. For the 6 interval, 2 under means we are only 66.7% staffed, where the interval with 10 would be 80% staffed. The cases in the interval requiring 6 heads will be more likely to be impacted than the interval requiring 10.
