There is no way to see a timeline of incoming tickets, chats, or calls on a shift and see which agent took which ones. This report is needed to compare the agents scheduled during that time and who was working, to see if one agent is working most tickets and another is barely working. We need to be able to see the incoming productive opportunities and how our agents are responding to know if someone is slacking or distracted.
