What's the problem?

When publishing an overtime slot, only one site can be selected at a time. If the same overtime opportunity needs to be opened to agents across multiple sites (e.g. two lower-cost partners for phones), a separate slot has to be created for each one.

What's the requested change?

Allow multi-select for sites when publishing an overtime slot, so a single slot can be made available to agents across multiple sites simultaneously.
