Filters are now multi-select on the Agent Analysis dashboard, as well as many other pages in Assembled! Reach out to Support or your customer success manager for more details.

With the lack of a overall dashboard, this would be amazing. As well as being able to set time limiters, meaning, if I only want to see alarms greater than x minutes. If my calls are 9 mins, then I would only want to see calls greater than 10.
