Messaging Adherence Card visibility in Team Performance Report (Gladly)

We noticed that in the Team Performance Report there is a Phone, Email, and Chat card for an adherence metric visual, but there is not one for SMS. SMS and Chat are read the same way in Gladly, so it would be great if we could re-label the "Chat" card to "Chat and SMS" or "Messaging" so it's more clear for our CX Leadership team when they pull this report.
