Currently the system considers a long event as 2 shorter events if a break occurs during that block, causing an override of max time per event rules in practice. For example, we have a minimum of 1.5 hours per event for phone work, but often see blocks scheduled 3 hours with a 15m break overlaid. Technically this is following the rule on paper, but it's still interpreted as a 3 hour phone block by advisors since there's only a short 15m break to separate the time. Advisors are still pushing back on this so just wanted to see if this is on your radar, or if you have any tips on how to avoid this happening? We'd really like to make the limit 2 hours per event, but when we do that we get 4 hour events and have to manually fix those. Is there a way to create a "minimum time between identical events" rule to prevent this from happening?
