Currently, there is no notification or alert that addresses tardiness based on working hours directly, outside of the last login timestamp that goes on the People mgmt page.

Obviously OOA can be configured to capture late logins to some extent, but a feature/alert/notification that maps to working hours, and fires on thresholds would make such a difference for attendance tracking and coaching.
