Current situation: We can only view a single window for Real-time agent analysis. When tried to Open a 2nd window for a different LOB, the 1st window will eventually refresh to copy the 2nd window and lose the original filters.

Suggestion: If possible, create an option to open multiple Real-time agent analysis window to view multiple LOBs for easier monitoring and more efficient call outs.
