Currently, the Support Volume report only updates once an hour. While this is fine for historical reporting, it makes intraday reporting difficult to impossible.

This request would be to make the report update more frequently, possibly every ~10 minutes. This would enable teams to monitor intraday intervals with better accuracy, and visualize and act on trends in close to real time.
