Currently, when exporting the agent scorecard data, you only get the agent states data. It would be helpful as a manager to have the agent states data and the scheduled events data in the same export to quickly identify what the agents were supposed to be doing vs. what they are actually doing. The workaround is to export the Schedule to compare directly to what they should be working on, however, this adds a lot of extra work.
