Current threshold-based notifications fire with basic state/adherence information but no operational context. RTAs must switch between Assembled views to understand whether a threshold breach is urgent or within normal range.

Request: Allow admins to configure Slack notifications to include key interval-level metrics inline — such as average handle time, current wait time, and a comparison against the prior hour. All of this data already lives in Assembled; the gap is surfacing it within the notification itself.

Business Impact: Enables the RTA team to triage urgency and make intraday decisions directly from the notification, without switching screens. Reduces decision latency during high-volume or high-absence periods.
