When configuring timing-restricted events within a shift, Assembled currently validates against all events that meet the timing rules, even if only a specific number of events are selected to occur.

We’d like Assembled to validate only the number of events configured for the shift, and ignore other events that technically meet the timing restrictions but aren’t selected.
