Ability to import forecast volume through MCP, similar to the existing CSV forecast import.

Customers who create forecasts outside of Assembled currently need to convert the data into the required CSV format and upload it manually. MCP supports forecast adjustments, but not replacing a forecast with specific volume values.

This would allow customers to pass forecast values directly into Assembled through MCP and avoid the manual CSV import.
