Would like to have historical reporting for chat and call waiting times, including the ability to:
  • View average wait time by day, week, or month.
  • Trend wait times over time to identify service level performance gaps.
  • Compare waiting times against staffing levels and occupancy.
  • Export historical wait time data for analysis in BI tools.
This is particularly relevant for:
  • SLA performance review.
  • Peak season analysis.
  • Capacity planning discussions with leadership.
