Would like to have historical reporting for chat and call waiting times, including the ability to:
- View average wait time by day, week, or month.
- Trend wait times over time to identify service level performance gaps.
- Compare waiting times against staffing levels and occupancy.
- Export historical wait time data for analysis in BI tools.
This is particularly relevant for:
- SLA performance review.
- Peak season analysis.
