I'm requesting an update to the chat status priorities in Zendesk. Currently, there are four statuses: On chat, Online, Away, and Invisible. The "On chat" status is currently prioritized lower than "Away" and "Invisible," which is affecting our metrics. Ideally, "On chat" should have a higher priority than "Away" and "Invisible," so we can accurately see when a user is actively talking with a customer. Can these priorities be updated?
