As of the recent launch of our most recent version of realtime overview, It is now possible to customize which metrics are visible.

When utilizing Assembled, I prefer to look at all the "Call Queues" in one section. Sometimes it can be a bit tough to hunt for the queue I am needing. For example, if all were in a table format, it would be easier to locate, rather than boxes.

We have metrics such as Average First Response time Today and Service Level Today. We'd love to see these numbers for either All New or Open Tickets (regardless of date created) or if that's not possible that data for Tickets Responded to today.
Similarly would love if the RT Dashboard showed Forecast Accuracy for current day. Could help identify if we're seeing higher volume than previously anticipated
