Add greater granularity to the BPO Billing report so customers can see the underlying breakdown used to calculate total billable hours, rather than only the final aggregated figure. Specifically, customers would like to see productive and non-productive hours broken down by both agent and event within a single report. This would provide a clear accounting of how the total billable-hours figure is calculated and allow customers to more easily validate Assembled’s totals against vendor invoices.
