Currently, GCal will fill gaps in schedule if the event was added after the schedule was created.

It would save a lot of time if the schedule will be filled if a GCal event was moved or removed, regardless of when the event was added to the schedule.

Also love this idea. Ideally GCal events would be treated like "Overrides" in PagerDuty. The underlying schedule is preserved and will resurface if the override is altered or removed.

We'd like to see this auto-fill option as well, ideally filling with the previously scheduled event if something was moved/removed like a meeting. The challenge we run into mainly, is we require specific channels to be scheduled for our agents so an autofill feature would need to be able to account for different events regularly scheduled throughout the day. Ideally, we'd be able to determine which events get auto-filled upon saving based on a team, queue or template assignment to help reduce the need for manual touching when modifying events on the schedule.
