Exporting Heatmaps CSV in the agent's timezone.

Currently, all Heatmaps exports are using GMT date/time format. It would be nice to have a way to toggle an option to export data in the user's timezone.

Regulatory Ladybug

We currently do a lot of manual work in pulling scheduled staffing for our requirements. With 4 different Vendors and multiple queues that we support it takes me 3+ hours to just copy and paste the scheduled staffing. If we could get it to export in the correct timezone we could potentially cut down our work to 5 minutes.

At the moment, Heatmaps export shows UTC time and it would be nice to have it the same as the timezone in the account's settings.
