As a workforce managers, I would love to be able to export to at least a CSV. With the agent activity report you can see what 1 agent does throughout the day, and I would like to expand that to be able to encompass all my agents. or at the least a set number.

This would make being able to identify problem agents really quickly, as well as being able to see if there is a specific time of the day adherence goes down. For example, maybe 7 agents are going to lunch at the same time and it's not approved. Instead of comparing those individual reports, we would like a report where we could see what they all are doing.

I also want to mention I am more interested in the Activity, not so much the adherence. The activity report seeing where they are going is most important here. Adherence honestly could be cheated to make sure no matter what it fits. I would rather be able to see all the agents activities throughout the day.

I personally think the best way to format would be something like this...

As you can see this is just a running total of each agent going as far as it needs to fill out each and every activity. (no matter how many there are) You could also incorporate color coding to this as well to coincide with the assembled activity colors.
