We need the ability to exclude specific dates from adherence calculations and exports. Currently, there's no way to tell Assembled "don't include these dates when calculating adherence metrics."

There are times we need agents to be scheduled and monitored in real-time, but don't want those dates included in final adherence metrics.

When we pull adherence data for a given period, we would like to be able to exclude specific dates and get an accurate single percentage for the remaining days.
