Currently, Assembled features a working hour where the shift and schedules are defined for sets of agents. In some cases, working hours would not work for a team that doesn't have a recurring schedule pattern where shift and schedule vary week over week. It would be very helpful in such cases if the system could alert us or prompt notification if an specific agent was scheduled over or under 40 hours for a week. Looking forward to having this feature soon.
