Granite Crab thank you for submitting this feedback! I wanted to ask more information on the use case. Would you like the ability to apply a template outside of the weekly pattern or the ability to swap agents every week while applying a template?

Shamrock Lion: I think in our environment, applying outside of a normal weekly pattern would be preferable - or to somewhat daisy chain templates together. Like in the attached screenshot if i could have A week Start Sales followed by B Week start sales - and then return to A Week start Sales etcetera across whatever given span.

Our agents work alternating weekly schedules currently with a fair amount of variability between each individual from an intraday event perspective (meal times primarily)- with a decent staff size - so manually reassigning agents to new templates every other week would be a time consumer.
