Today, you can sort by date of request or date of time off, but can't control if it's in ascending or descending order. It would be great to be able to customize this as well.

It would be great to be able to change the sort order in the list view also, right now, it defaults to the one furthest out for some reason vs. the sooner more urgent asks.
