Customers uploading weekly/monthly forecast totals cannot see the day-of-week factors Assembled uses to distribute their volumes, nor track how these patterns change over time.
Current State:
- Day of week patterns calculated from last 70 days of historical data
- Only visible internally via Retool
- Customers see result only in Forecasts > Review
Requested:
- Show current day of week percentages (e.g., "Mon: 18%, Tue: 19%...")
- Historical view of how these patterns evolved (e.g., past 12 months)
Value:
Validates distribution assumptions, builds trust in forecasts, identifies pattern shifts without requiring interval-level uploads.
