Currently, an account can either let their agents edit their own schedules, or have agents be able to submit schedule change requests. It would be nice to support an in-between state so that certain agents/groups of agents could edit their own schedules and while others would only be able to perform schedule change requests.

You can now customize schedule change permissions directly in the UI via Roles & Permissions > Staffing > Schedules.
