Today, team and site filters require us to export a separate report for each channel (chat, voice, SMS, etc.) and manually combine the data. It would be helpful if team/site filters could generate a single aggregated report across all selected channels, with the ability to export one unified report instead of stitching multiple exports together. This would save time and make cross-channel reporting much easier.
