Currently, in the Day view, shading only appears for an agent’s working days (e.g., Monday and Wednesday if those are their business days). If it’s not a working day, the timeline is completely white.

This makes the Day view behave differently from the Week view, where any time outside working hours is shaded consistently.

Proposed Change:

Make Day view shading consistent with Week view — shaded whenever it’s outside the agent’s working hours, even on non-working days. This would make it easier to visually distinguish working vs. non-working hours without having to change views.
