I’m finding Roles & Permissions confusing, particularly about which permission controls Schedule Generation and Schedule Assistant? Is it "Manage optimizations” or “Edit schedules”.

It would help to clarify the permissions and where possible, name the features in the descriptions. I’d also expect the schedule gen permissions to live under Schedule rather than Configure → Workforce configuration.
