The bulk actions feature in the People section only supports adding attributes (e.g. skills, teams). There is no option to remove or delete an attribute in bulk. If a skill or team assignment needs to be removed from a group of agents, it has to be done one by one or via a manual upload.

What's the requested change?

Add a remove/delete option to bulk actions so that attributes can be removed from multiple agents at once, mirroring the existing ability to add them in bulk.
