We’d like to suggest enabling a two-way integration between Assembled and BOB. Ideally, if we approve a request in Assembled, the update would automatically reflect in BOB. Even better, requests could be submitted on the requester’s behalf for their TL’s approval, subject to available balance. Another option could be a live feed from BOB into Assembled, so this information is considered before approval. This would be the optimal solution to automate our current workflow.
