This would be very helpful and improve agent quality of life within the tool.

In our environment, agents are very restricted on visibility and access, and cannot see time off rules or their peer's schedules.

Allowing them to gauge time off availability prior to submitting requests would reduce confusion, eliminate questions that are fielded by leadership & WFM, and improve transparency and trust in the tool's decisions.
