Automatic time off approval
Talal Naboulsi
As a support manager, I want to be able to set a threshold for time off for shifts. If agents request time off within that threshold, it gets automatically approved. If the threshold had already been met, it'll get rejected.
This will save me time and make things more fair for the team.

PTO Auto-approvals & denials

- PTO is auto-approved or denied based on thresholds and customized rules
- Thresholds for auto-approval or denial give warnings to agents when requesting to inform likelihood of approval / denial
- Voluntary Time off (VTO): volume at this time is low, anyone want to take time off?

Would like the general concept of time off thresholds, with the following specifics:
- would like to be able to exclude certain types of events from the thresholds
- would like to be able to set thresholds by percentage instead of a binary number

Similar use case for time off thresholds:
if you have agents staffed over a 24 hour period, when I go to approve requests using the Assembled time off feature, it shows concurrent, but it's throughout the whole day and throughout the whole time span of the PTO.
example: if someone asked for PTO over multiple days, it'll show as concurrent for every one of those days and that individual.
essentially would like to connect forecasting with time off approvals: have set thresholds of how many people can be off for certain shift times during the day.
example, we need 4 people to work the 9am-5pm shift in order to meet SLAs. originally we scheduled 7 people for that shift, which means we can allow 3 people scheduled for that shift to be approved to have that day off. would like the system to recognize this and do it automatically

Would like to be able to set a threshold of when agents need to submit time off requests by (example: 15 days ahead of the start of the time off). Also, only allow certain time off event types to be able to apply to certain time frames in advance (or other time off event types only after the threshold has passed).
